Located in Antibes, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, the 90 m² Roseraie apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a separate WC. Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen and practical amenities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, TV, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. Heating is available in the living room and bedrooms, and an elevator serves the entrance hall. Outside, relax on your private terrace. The property features a private outdoor pool of about 24 meters, perfect for swimming and unwinding, open from mid-May to late September, or even October depending on the weather. A shared children's pool is also available, ideal for younger guests. You have access to a private on-site parking space for a standard car. Please note that events are not allowed and pool access is limited to 6 people, including babies. Tennis is available at the nearby club. The residence is just a short drive from Antibes center, shops, and beaches, in a peaceful, green setting. The hosts live on-site, but not in the reserved apartment. A welcome booklet with local recommendations will be provided upon arrival. As the residence is inhabited year-round, please respect the neighbors to preserve harmony and the possibility of continuing short-term rentals. For late arrivals after the indicated time (8 p.m.), an additional fee applies for the person welcoming you.
